    According to an Oct. 18 Reuters report, after conferences with Silicon Valley firms, FBI Director Christopher Wray mentioned China was engaged within the “most sustained, scaled and sophisticated theft of intellectual property and expertise in human history.”

    The officers warned that China is aggressively utilizing cyber intrusions, spying, company investments and extra to steal secrets and techniques from companies and analysis establishments throughout a number of sectors — together with quantum expertise, robotics, biotechnology and synthetic intelligence.
