This morning my YouTube subscriptions included a notification of a brand new TED-Ed lesson that caught my consideration. That lesson is titled How the Water You Flush Becomes the Water You Drink. As the titled implies, the lesson is all about how wastewater will get cleaned and put again into the water cycle the place we’ll ultimately drink it as soon as extra.
The lesson introduces viewers to a few forms of wastewater and the way wastewater is handled. The two key phrases from the video are direct potable reuse and oblique potable reuse and the variations between the 2. You can watch the lesson on YouTube or as embedded beneath. The full lesson with questions and extra sources will be discovered right here on the TED-Ed web site.
