ITER, the world’s largest fusion energy venture, has been hit by a 10-year delay, which means plans to change it on have now been pushed again to 2035. This may see the state-funded effort overtaken by industrial fusion tasks, leaving some to query whether or not it’s even price persevering with with the experiment.
