Thanks to the proliferation of social media platforms, it is powerful to face out as a tipster nowadays. One tipster, Digital Chat Station, made his bones by accurately posting that Qualcomm was going to vary the name of its flagship utility processor (AP) in 2021 from the anticipated Snapdragon 898 to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Sure, it sounded humorous on the time, however he was proper. Now comes a tipster with an much more bonkers put up about a new name that Samsung is supposedly cooking up for its Exynos line of chips.
According to a tweet posted on “X” by @OreXda (through SamMobile), Samsung is seemingly trying to rebrand its Exynos chips because the “Dream Chip.” While it won’t be deserved, the Exynos name doesn’t have a nice status in comparison with its rivals due to complaints about overheating, battery drain, stuttering on movies, and extra. A new name might give Samsung a contemporary begin within the trade.

Tipster tweets rumor about Samsung changing the Exynos name with Dream Chip

The most up-to-date rumor from the mill says that Samsung plans on equipping the upcoming Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ flagship telephones with the Exynos 2400 AP in most markets. In the U.S. and China, these two telephones will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy. In all markets, in line with the present hypothesis, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy will be working the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
The tipster says that Samsung will rebrand all of its Exynos chips with the “Dream Chip” moniker, not simply its flagship chips. The rebranding would happen someday in 2024 and whereas the rumored new name does convey a great amount of self-confidence that Samsung hasn’t earned within the chip trade, maybe that is the primary cause why this rumor appears so far-fetched.
