Too good to be true
Most instruments claiming to detect AI-generated textual content fail spectacularly, my colleague Kyle Wiggers reported. That’s a paradox. I’m solely human, however quite a lot of the AI-written pitches I obtain don’t go the sniff take a look at but; their type and wordiness really feel off.
Then once more, it’s in all probability too early to count on machines to detect a je ne sais quoi, even when we are able to see it. As fellow Ztoog author Ron Miller noticed lately, “it’s really like AI-generated art, which has a certain look and feel.”
That appear and feel was made funnily apparent in a latest experiment carried out on one in every of my favourite social media accounts, Ugly Belgian Houses.
